Cancellation Policy

Attendees must notify Association Forum in writing via education@associationforum.org. Cancellation requests must be received at least ten (10) business days prior to the first day of the event. For paid events, Association Forum will process a refund less $50 for any cancellation requests received at least ten (10) business days prior to the event start date. Refunds will not be issued if cancellations are submitted fewer than ten (10) business days prior to the event start date or in the event of a no-show.

Group Learning

Program Details

·      Join a 9-week facilitated virtual study group featuring weekly live sessions, recorded content, curated readings, and supplemental resources to support your learning.

·      Gain confidence with a dedicated test preparation session covering proven study strategies and test-taking tips.

·      Reinforce your knowledge through interactive teach-back opportunities that encourage peer-to-peer learning.

·      Take a mock CAE exam to assess your readiness and pinpoint areas for focused review.

·      Engage in guided discussions on readings, practice questions, and key terminology.

·      Review best practices across all CAE exam domains to solidify your understanding.

·      Join a private online community of CAE facilitators and fellow candidates to share insights, ask questions, and collaborate outside of class.

    Schedule

    The CAE Study Group runs twice per year and coincides with the two administrations of the CAE exam.

    • All sessions are held virtually from 5-7 pm CT
    • Spring 2026: Sessions are held every Tuesday from February 10 through April 7. The Tuesday, March 10 class is rescheduled for Monday, March 9.
    • Fall 2026: Sessions are held every Tuesday from September 22 through November 17. The Tuesday, November 3 class is rescheduled for Monday, November 2.

    The Study Group takes place virtually every Tuesday from 5–7 p.m. CT for nine weeks. Sessions will be recorded and available on demand.

     

    Preparation is Key

    To maximize your learning, it is strongly recommended to immerse yourself in the suggested readings before each session. We'll provide a comprehensive study guide during the first session.* You can find the recommended list of books and materials on the ASAE website.

    Any participant who does not pass the CAE Exam after completing their first Study Group experience is welcome to enroll in the next Study Group cohort at no charge!

    CAE Registered ProviderAs a CAE Registered Provider educational program related to the CAE exam content outline, this program may be applied for 13.5 credits (pending approval) toward your CAE application or renewal professional development requirements.
