Moderators - March 2026

Bob Moore, MA, CAE, is a recognized leader in association management with 20 years’ experience serving major national and international organizations

Bob is currently the Executive Director of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. Previously, he was the first chief operating officer of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association and the first executive director of the Technology Councils of North America (TECNA). At the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) Moore was Vice President, Knowledge and Learning. In his positions, Moore is known for being a catalyst of change and growth.

A graduate of Illinois State University with a BS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Moore earned his MA in Organizational Communications from the University of Northern Iowa and is currently obtaining his MS in Learning & Organizational Change from Northwestern University. Moore is also an ASAE Diversity Executive Leadership Program (DELP) scholar and Board Member of Association Forum. 

Jacqualine Price Osafo, MBA, CAE, is the executive director of the Society of American Archivists (SAA). In this role, she champions and expands the association’s existing work — and leadership — in the areas of diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility. She works to embrace new perspectives within the profession and the association as well as reviews the association’s program and product offerings to ensure that SAA is relevant to all stakeholders. 

Jackie has presented more than forty industry related topics for Association Forum, ASAE, African Society of Association Executives and many others. Jackie has served as vice-chair and chair committees, Special Interest Groups.  She is an ASAE’s Diversity Executive Leadership (DELP) Scholar and in has received Association Forum’s Professional Achievement Award and Woman of Influence Award 

Jackie is a Certified Association Executive (CAE). She earned her MBA from the University of IL at Urbana-Champaign and her BA from DePaul University.
