Bio

I am an enthusiastic person with a real knack for understanding people and a love of solving problems. For over 25 years, I have work with associations and non-profit organizations to learn how they operate, identify areas of efficiency, and make recommendations for operational success. I love to listen, visualize the solution, put the right services in place to make an operation more efficient, and inevitably make my clients succeed. At Mighty Citizen, I am proud to offer a process to build deeper connections between our clients and their audiences. We marry data with human-centered design to craft brands, build websites, and launch marketing campaigns that improve the world. Here is a link to my Mighty Citizen bio. On a personal note, I am originally from Pennsylvania. I have a cat name Rob Thomas. I love music, laughter, sunshine, making memories, story telling, and laughter.
