I was one of those lucky people who learned a little HTML in the mid-1990s and got hooked on this fantastic opportunity we call the modern Internet. Since then, I've racked servers, fought fires, architected solutions, and shipped lots and lots of code. (I still love this craft!)
Around 2013, I stepped into a management role, where I learned about leading organizations and seeing the bigger picture. I study systems thinking, data strategy, and applying emerging technologies to the changing association world.
I am also the co-host of Association Data Points, a podcast that explores associations, data, and the people behind the numbers.
