Dennis is both responsible and accountable for the administration and management of ISPA. The position is appointed by and directly responsible to the Board of Directors. He manages the day-to-day functions of the association, prepares and proposes annual budgets, assists with strategy and execution of the organizations vision and mission. Before entering the association management field, I refereed ice hockey for 37 years, before finally retiring from this exciting field in 2003. I was lucky enough to be offered a position with an association where I had an amazing mentor who taught me so much, and it was because of my mentor that I have continued in association management. In his free time, Dennis enjoys spending time with his five grandchildren. Dennis received the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential from the American Society of Association Executives in 2003.
