Without appropriate metrics to show success, a strategic plan is just a document that sits on a shelf, collecting dust. And with the wrong metrics in place, associations develop a false sense of security and confidence. 
     
    In this workshop, Andrew Miller will teach you:
    • How to turn your strategic plan into a set of success metrics that will quickly and easily show how your organization is performing against its' strategic goals.The right questions to ask in order to develop the right metrics.How to explain and use those metrics effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
    • You will arrive with your strategic plan and you will leave with a dashboard of metrics to use with your board of directors and your leadership team.
    • This workshop is best suited for association executives and members of the leadership team who are responsible for developing and reporting on the organization's strategic goals.
