Rachel M. Gregoire thrives in settings that present the opportunity for her to increase efficiency and maximize results. Working in multiple newly created positions has taught her to master the art of project management in an ever-evolving profession.

As the career management expert at American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) she serve as a key player in managing career related programs, products, services and marketing. She’s directly contributed to multiple record breaking years of supporting the career success of ACHE members through programs such as the Leadership Mentoring Network.

Rachel has not only contributed to enhancing best practices at ACHE, but also as a Baldrige Illinois Performance Excellence examiner, she has supports other organizations in empowering their workforces to achieve meaningful results. She’s had the honor of coaching, teaching and presenting to hundreds of professionals across the nation from senior executives to undergraduate students. In recognition of her accomplishments, she was presented with ASAE and Association Forum’s 40 Under 40 award in 2017.

Rachel views her success as an outlet to support her community. When she’s not at ACHE, she teaching business communications and career management courses at Robert Morris University. She also actively volunteers with Career Transitions Center of Chicago, DePaul University and has been invited to speak as a content expert at renown organizations such as Metropolitan Board of Chicago Urban League, Step Up and Blog Talk Radio.
