Program Description
"The data analytics revolution has the potential to transform how associations create value, ensure relevancy and ultimately build the organization. That’s starting to happen in some associations, but it’s far from the norm. There’s a simple reason: the people who can drive the broader changes needed to fully leverage analytics, are not researchers—nor are they experts in translating the insights and implications of data.

Association Professionals must be able to clearly understand the purpose of analytics and then translate it into action throughout the organization where the insights will be used. Too often, organizations drill down on a single data set in isolation but fail to consider what different data sets convey in conjunction.

We’ll demonstrate how your C-Suite team should integrate data, research and insights to inform strategic decisions. We’ll learn from fellow C-Suite members how they took a holistic approach to data and research to guide their association’s strategic plan."

Learning Objectives
  •  Gain clarity on the various types of research methodologies and the role they play in providing new strategic insights.
  • Identify the research necessary to develop evidence-based solutions to “big picture” issues.
  • Learn how data and research can provide staff and board members alike with the necessary insights to make smart decisions on behalf of the organization.
