Engagement isn’t solely defined by transaction. Engagement comes from connecting with colleagues, volunteering for an organization, thought leadership. As organizations align their strategic priorities with where they want to see stakeholder input, they can create aligned engagement opportunities and reinforce that their behaviors that they want to see others replicate. Building member loyalty is not a passive objective, but an active intention- together we will explore the many paths Associations are using to see greater member involvement and subsequent retention.

Learning Objectives:

  • How you can choose to define engagement
  • How you measure it?
  • How do to track that measurement based on retention and recruitment
