Paula Cozzi Goedert
 
Paula Cozzi Goedert is a partner in the Corporate Department and chairs the Associations & Foundations Practice Group at Barnes & Thornburg, LLP. She concentrates her practice on the representation of non-profit organizations, including healthcare and professional societies, board and associations, charities and private foundations. Ms. Goedert serves as general or lead counsel for many national associations and non-profits. 
 
Paula has been active in the field of non-profit law for more than 30 years. She is a well-known author and lecturer on issues of importance for non-profit organizations and has received awards for her legal service from Association Forum as well as the Association Foundation Group, and has served on the board of the American Society of Association Executives Foundation. 
 
 
 
Norma Zeitler
 
Norma W. Zeitler is a partner in the Labor and Employment Department and concentrates her practice on advising employers on the full range of human resources issues. Before becoming a lawyer, Ms. Zeitler served as an intelligence officer in the Army. Ms. Zeitler now uses those skills – coupled with more than 20 years of experience in litigating employment issues – to advise employers on how to avoid litigation while still achieving the needs of the business.

Ms. Zeitler serves as outside employment counsel for a variety of non-profit clients and, in addition to providing human resources advice, she conducts sensitive workplace investigations and represents clients in employment litigation matters of significance to our clients.

Ms. Zeitler has been named a “Super Lawyer” for the last eight years, and recently was named as a “Best Lawyer in America.”
