Mary Lynn Fayoumi, CAE, SPHR, GPHR, SHRM-SCP is the President and CEO of The Management Association –the HR Source for Employers, a Chicago-based employers’ association which serves over 1100 member organizations. She is a respected speaker and advisor on organizational issues including workplace culture, employment trends and people management. She is the Immediate Past Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Association Forum of Chicagoland and the Employer Associations of America. Mary Lynn is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a BBA in Industrial Relations/Human Resources and also holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Management.
