The Forty Under 40® program recognizes accomplished association or non-profit professionals under the age of 40 for their achievements. "Association Forum is pleased to enter into the 5th year of recognizing 40 accomplished trailblazers in the association community who are fearlessly driving change in associations.  This elite class of leaders is a strong representation of our future." Michelle Mason, President and CEO, Association Forum.

Anne Daly Heller, Publisher, USAE states, "This year's class of Forty Under 40® Honorees is, like its four predecessors, filled with achievers. These individuals are leaders of the association community of today, but even more importantly, of the next 20-30 years. We at USAE salute them and are looking forward to formally honoring them later this year."
