Goodwill TalentBridge, a full-service staffing and recruitment firm part of Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin and Metropolitan Chicago and Association Forum, a member-based organization serving the Chicagoland association industry have come together to help thousands of workers currently facing unemployment.

For the past ten years, TalentBridge has been working to find hiring and job placement solutions for companies and individuals ranging from entry level to senior executive positions. Under the new partnership, over 4,000 Forum members will have access to:

  • Targeted job leads in a variety of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, education and more
  • Reskilling and/or upskilling opportunities for job seekers
  • Support network of knowledgeable, experienced recruiters that will help individuals achieve their professional goals

“Association Forum is excited to partner with Goodwill TalentBridge,” said Michelle Mason, president and CEO of Association Forum. “This partnership will provide our members access to employment resources during this time of uncertainty and aligns with the Association Forum mission to advance the professional practice of association management.”

Recently, TalentBridge furthered its commitment to Chicago and the companies who call it home by relocating one of its permanent offices to the city.

“We’re excited to enhance our role as part of the Chicago business community and moving one of our offices is a fantastic way to start doing just that,” said Suzanne Maldonado, vice president TalentBridge. “Our new location will allow us to better serve our clients and create partnerships with other nonprofits like the Association Forum as well as provide growth opportunities throughout one of the top markets for talent in the United States.”

Both organizations believe strongly in working together to serve the communities they are part of and intend to grow workforce development outreach throughout the area especially among nonprofits. As a nonprofit themselves, TalentBridge understands the daily challenges many encounter like working with limited resources.
