About The Presenter:
Jessica Sivels has over
15 years of experience in association management with a specialty in education
and meeting planning. She has worked for the American Bar Association, Jenner
& Block, LLC, the Chicago Association of REALTORS, the Chicagoland
Apartment Association and is now the new Director of Property Management
Training at Chicago Investment Corporation (CIC).
For the past 10 years,
Jessica’s focus has been in real estate education planning and training. In her
new role, she is expanding upon the legacy platform of Taft West at CIC and will continue to offer next level classes and
workshops that will focus on best practices in operating multifamily housing.
Her continued goals are constantly expanding and strengthening the pool of
qualified apartment building owners/investors in low-income/workforce housing.
Her day-to-day
experience in group facilitation combined
with her extensive background in real estate management education planning enables
her to create dynamic learning experiences.
Jessica studies Business
Administration, BBA - Specialization in Operations Management at American
InterContinental University, and holds various certificates in project
management, education and meeting planning.
She
is active in a variety of civic and cultural organizations including Dress for
Success Chicago and the Glass Slipper Project of Chicago. She is also a proud member
of Association Forum and serves on the Professional Practices Committee.
