Burt Blanchard is a passionate leader in the association community. He currently serves as Director, Business Development at the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP).  In previous association experience, Burt has served at the American Bar Association (ABA) and the Home Builders of Greater Chicago (HBAGC). He is an active Association Forum member and has served in numerous roles including diversity + inclusion, awards, nominating, and Holiday Showcase committee to name a few. Burt’s a Chicago native, currently resides in the Western Suburbs and enjoys staying fit and music, music, music as a hobby. 
Alicia Skulemowski, CAE has been with the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers since April 2009. Over her tenure there, she has served as the Manager of STLE's Certification Department and as the Board of Directors/Executive Committee Operations Manager for the society. In January 2018, she stepped into a newly created position as STLE's Senior Manager, Governance and Member Experience, where she will focus on the entire governance and volunteer program for the society, as well, as membership engagement, using her diverse skill sets and expertise in association management, while managing the internal Professional Development department that includes staff and SMEs.

Alicia holds 2 undergraduate degrees from California Lutheran University and received the Certificate of Excellence in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from Michigan State University in 2016. She has been a member of Association Forum of Chicagoland since 2009 and is a recipient of the USAE and Association Forum's Forty under 40 award (Class of 2017). She successfully gained the CAE in May 2017 and is currently a member of the Class of 2021 for the Institute of Organization Management offered through the US Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
