Program Description:
Sailing Through a Hurricane
Sure, we all face challenges navigating the seas of association management, but when you work for an AMC demands may come from several directions at once. Join us for an interactive session led by Dionne Wilson, CAE, of Association Management Center and Daniel D. Garrett of the Sentergroup where a portion of the content will be decided by you. We'll be asking for questions and case studies before we meet. This session will focus on getting through the storms we sometimes face when working in the AMC environment. We'll address topics such as dealing with client inefficiencies, scope creep issues and how to address them, and managing priorities when all of your clients need you at the same time.

Don't miss this opportunity to network with and learn from your peers.
Bring a Guest
We know one is a lonely number. That’s why we invite you to bring a guest to a Shared Interest Group meeting. Not a member? No problem. Non-members can attend one complimentary event before becoming a member of Association Forum. Join others with shared interests and discuss issues, ideas and trends. All guests must be pre-registered!
Note: This program is not endorsed, accredited, or affiliated with ASAE or the CAE program.  Applicants may use any program that meets eligibility requirements in the specific timeframe towards the exam application or renewal. There are no specific individual courses required as part of the applications – selection of eligible education is up to the applicant based on his/her needs.
