Program Description: This session will cover ways to raise the meeting bar with some new technologies available that can better brand your meeting and resonate with members. On-site technologies such as 3D mapping, wide screen blending, as well as technologies to engage on-line members and VOD. We’ll show some examples and walk you through the steps to implementation. SIG Chair Blake Batterson will lead this session on new meeting technologies. Blake Batterson is the Principal and owner of B&B Business Media Productions. Blake is an executive producer with extensive experience as an event producer managing multiple vendors, staging, audiovisual, entertainment and creative development all while balancing client needs and expectations.

• How to utilize 3D mapping for your meeting
• How live streaming can be used to engage more members
• Ways to balance the benefits of new technology with the challenges for the association
Blake Batterson – Principal, B&B Business Media Productions, will touch on some of the more traditional, but easily accessible creative concept and technologies meeting planners can start with right away to make an impact at their meetings.
Todd Minske – President, Advanced Media Solutions; an audio visual staging professional and past Association Forum member. Todd will
discuss how unique staging technologies such as multiple screens and 3D digital image mapping can really up-the-game when it comes to building your brand in front of a live audience.
Erik Anderson –Vice President, Corporate Events Online; a Communication Technology Company for Meetings and Event Industry specializing in Internet Broadcasting and Event Technology. Corporate Events Online helps organizations leverage technology to achieve business results. Erik will discuss how streaming technology can help attract and retain association membership. We’ll also share best practices in creating a positive experience for the online audience and review case studies that put the results in context.
