Are You Ready? Proven Fundraising Strategies to Fund Great Ideas!
In a recent McKinley study of association executives, non-dues revenue was the second most commonly cited challenge. While non-dues revenue is a high priority, often times, associations attempt to “dive in” to active fundraising without conducting the due diligence necessary for success. This often leads to development programs that do not reach their full potential.
During this session, you will hear how one association’s methodically executed planning process was paramount to positioning them for success on multiple occasions. Listen to their story and learn from fundraising experts about the critical questions you should have answered before implementing a fundraising program of any kind. Utilizing these planning steps can enable your organization to assess its internal readiness, establish a realistic fundraising goal, evaluate compelling case components, identify key donors and leaders, and determine other important considerations to secure meaningful contributions. Come learn how to position your organization’s fundraising efforts for success.
