Simon Reeves, Director PNC Capital Advisors, LLC, Vice President PNC Institutional Asset Management, PNC
Simon is a Business Development Officer who is responsible for institutional sales in the Midwest region, focusing on investment management, defined contribution, liquidity management, and custody services.
Prior to joining the firm in 2013, Simon was a managing director of institutional sales at BNP Paribas, where he managed on-shore sales to corporate balance sheets and pensions, with a focus on global capabilities. He also spent 11 years at ABN AMRO Asset Management in institutional sales and has more than 15 years of experience managing fixed income portfolios. Simon earned a B.A. in economics from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from Loyola University - Chicago.
 
Panelist 1:
Gregg Witt, Senior Vice President, CBRE Inc.
Gregg Witt is a Senior Vice President with the Office Occupier practice group at CBRE Chicago. A well-regarded negotiator, Gregg provides his clients with a process driven approach and deep project understanding. He represents nonprofit organizations, corporations, privately held companies and professional firms. Gregg has been an integral part of more than 1,200 transactions and consulting assignments, in excess of $2 billion.
The Chicago practice leader in the CBRE Nonprofit Practice Group, Gregg has served the specific needs of this community for 36 years. He personally connects with each of his client’s mission and values, investing time to understand their goals and creating strategic plans allowing them to align business interests with real estate needs.
In addition to his work as a real estate advisor, Gregg has extensive nonprofit experience as a volunteer. He has been an active community leader, serving on the boards of numerous professional, social service and educational organizations in Chicago and nationally.
Gregg joined CBRE following the firm’s merger with Insignia/ESG, where he was Senior Managing Director in the tenant representation group. He had joined Insignia after its 1997 acquisition of Frain Camins & Swartchild, where he was a Principal and began his career in 1981.

Makai Edwards, Vice President/ Senior Underwriter, PNC
Makai Edwards is a Senior Underwriter in PNC's Healthcare and Public Finance Group responsible for the financial analysis, portfolio management, and credit process for hospital, health insurance, government, not-for-profit, and higher education clients in Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Indiana, Missouri, and Kentucky.
Prior to joining PNC in 2012, Makai worked for the Board of Education of the City of Chicago in the Office of High School and High School Programs focusing payroll improvements and cost saving initiatives. Makai holds a BA in Finance and International Business from Washington University in St. Louis.

Chris Dall, Director of Content, PNC Institutional Advisory Solutions
Chris is the Director of Content for PNC Institutional Advisory Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for creating and managing the research, actionable insights, and thought leadership for the firm’s discretionary asset management business.
Prior to taking this role in July 2016, Chris served as an Institutional Investment Advisor in the Northwest Pennsylvania market, serving nonprofit, healthcare, defined benefit, and other institutional clients. 
Chris earned a B.S. in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.
