About The Session:

Unleash the Power of Story to Lead Transformative Change in your Organization

As the CEO of your association, you’ve got your eye on the horizon to see what’s coming. How do you communicate your vision to the membership with an urgent clarity? How do you navigate the waters of change with your staff on board and in sync? How do you lead your organization through this complex fog to come out with renewed understanding and appreciation for your mission?

Story is an emergent form of communication that taps into people’s unique experiences. It is the catalyst for realizing shared values and building deeper human connections. Participate in this strategic storytelling session designed to provide the association CEO with the framework and tools to:

  • Create a new vocabulary that reflects your new vision
  • Develop a new narrative that resonates with your various constituents
  • Forge a new meaning for members to be engaged in your mission
About The Presenter:

Pon Angara is Director of Barkada Circle®, a team of artists mentoring nonprofits on how to tell more compelling stories about their missions.
