About The Presenters:

You're in for a real treat! Hear from two industry veterans for a full-day immersion into the association management framework.  
Dr. Philip Lesser, Ph.D. CAE
Philip Lesser, Ph.D., CAE, a Bostrom veteran of 24 years has served as the Vice President and lead consultant for Bostrom consulting practice. Dr. Lesser has proven expertise in strategic planning, volunteer and staff development, organization structure and bylaws, to name a few.  He also has valuable experience teaching Association 101 over the years.
William St. John, CAE 
 William St. John, CAE  served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the 15,000 member Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals from 1986 to 2013  and has thirty eight  years of experience in association management.  In 2012, he created 20/20 Foresight, a leadership development consulting practice specializing in strategic planning, board development and board governance for non-profit organizations. He also serves as Executive Director for Healthcare Caterers International (HCI), a global professional association that he created in 2004. Bill St. John is a veteran in the association management industry and has valuable experience teaching Association 101 over the years.
