What got your organization where it is today may not help it in the future. From new membership models to innovative ways to attract attendees to your conferences, organizations needs to adopt some of the trends occurring is society if they wish to attract and engage members and customers.

Sheri Jacobs, FASAE, CAE, author of the Art of Membership, will identify the 5 trends associations cannot ignore, raise questions you should be discussing with your staff and leadership and provide examples of solutions being adopted by some organizations.
