- RFP process - When in the process and how detailed should you get?
- Perception of event costs & A/V language – Is it just me or are they just speaking Latin?
- In-house a/v vsexternal a/v supplier – Don’t sign that contract just yet.
- AV on a budget – What do you really need?
- Best a/v approach – Manage your expectations. Know your budget. Quality in/Quality Out.
- Understand better the RFP process and how detailed should you get
- Have a better understanding about event costs, and a/v language
- Know your rights about in-house a/v or using an outside production company
- Suggestions to help you justify a/v costs to management
- Hear advice from professional meeting experts about ways to raise the bar even in tight budget situations
