About The Presenter(s):
Burt Blanchard is a passionate leader in the association community. He currently serves as Director, Business Development at the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP). In previous association experience, Burt has served at the American Bar Association (ABA) and the Home Builders of Greater
Chicago (HBAGC). He is an active Association Forum member and has served in numerous roles including diversity + inclusion, awards, nominating, and Holiday Showcase committee to name a few. Burt’s a Chicago native, currently resides in the Western Suburbs and enjoys staying fit and music, music, music as a hobby.
Rachel Dillion, CMP has worked for nearly a decade in the meetings and events industry, and has been with Sentergroup for over eight years, rising to lead the Meetings & Education Department. She manages 13 clients’ meetings and events and a department of six team members. She is solution-focused and results-driven. Each year, her team oversees nearly 100 in-person and 50 online events ranging in size from a 1,500-person multi-day conference to a small VIP board meeting. Her experience in dealing with sizes and types of events suits
her clients well as she is always bringing innovative ideas and encourages her team to consistently strive for enhancement year over year in the programs they deliver. Dillion is a leader in her industry; in 2015 she
was awarded the Twenty in their Twenties award from the Professional Convention Management Association as part of its inaugural class and was also recognized as one of Association Forum’s Forty under 40 winners in 2016.
