About The Presenters:


Burt Blanchard is a passionate leader in the association community. He currently serves as Director, Business Development at the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP).  In previous association experience, Burt has served at the American Bar Association (ABA) and the Home Builders of Greater

Chicago (HBAGC). He is an active Association Forum member and has served in numerous roles including diversity + inclusion, awards, nominating, and Holiday Showcase committee to name a few. Burt’s a Chicago native, currently resides in the Western Suburbs and enjoys staying fit and music, music, music as a hobby.
 
 
 
Nikki Golden is Director of Membership at National Roofing Contractors Association. A twelve-year track record of successfully communicating the value of belonging to a professional association to the construction community, using both new and old media outlets. Change agent with expertise in tackling issues with volunteer leaders in a committee setting to create new outcomes and communication pathways. Team leader focused on data-driven initiatives with goal-oriented outcomes. Passionate advocate of member-focused communications and strategies.
