Description:

Please join the book publishers conversation circle to discuss best practices in book and eBook distribution. Topics include nonmember sales through ecommerce (Amazon and?), book distributors, eBook aggregators, special sales, exhibits, international channels, metadata efforts, etc. Opportunity to network with association professionals working in publishing sales and marketing. Julia A. Lee, Senior Manager, Business Development & Strategic Markets, American Dental Association

Julia Lee is the Senior Manager, Business Development and Strategic Markets at the American Dental Association, managing sales of print and digital content through book distribution channels, institutions, and special accounts. Prior to joining the ADA, Julia worked as Director of Sales at the American Academy of Pediatrics and as a National Accounts Manager for McGraw-Hill Professional and Simon & Schuster. 


Elyce Goldstein, Manager, National Accounts, American Academy of Pediatrics

Elyce Goldstein is the Manager of National Accounts at the American Academy of Pediatrics, managing the sale of the AAP’s Professional and Parenting titles to distributors, eBook aggregators, catalogs, and other special accounts. Elyce is also the Managing Partner of Advantage Group Licensing & Marketing LLC, a consulting group that works on strategic development projects for small companies. Prior to this, Elyce was the Director of Licensing for the Tribune Company Syndicate, managing intellectual property development for the company’s comic strips, word puzzles, editorial cartoons, and business and feature writers. She serves as a Business Volunteer for the Arts (BVA) for the Arts & Business Council of Chicago. Elyce lives in Deerfield, IL.
