Course Participants will learn how to:

-Create a membership association that will not just survive, but thrive.

In addition, you will learn strategies useful in leadership development, team building, change management, and succession planning, and gain customized and specific direction as to where your association needs to focus its efforts. You'll even learn the expected life span of your association!

The course features 9 modules, each featuring a mix of instruction and case studies presented via video, audio, and written excerpts. Course enrollment is eligible for 18 CAE credits and includes the Course Roadmap and Membership-Building Workbook featuring 34 interactive tools which course participants can complete to customize the learning process and measure their progress.
