Program Description: Technology is supposed to make our lives easier, right? But how much time do we spend managing the tracking of information vs. utilizing the information it tells us? Let’s be honest, it’s a love/hate thing. So much information can be tracked but the challenges along the way to actually using the information to fundraise can prolong the process. Come hear from colleagues on their personal experience with their organization’s donor and member database as well as an overview of how to analyze your current software and the best practices in reviewing new options for your organization.

Learning Objectives:
-Attendees will gain an understanding of how community colleagues manage the donor database within their office and take away ideas to implement at their own organizations
-Attendees will learn a couple of points to analyze to decide whether the current system is being utilized to its full potential
-Attendees will learn an overview of what the process looks like when considering other options
